My wife and I have written to congratulate your entire construction crew, headed by
Frank Zoratto, for the impeccable attention to detail in the construction of our new
purchase at Vaughan Valley Estates.
A few days ago, my wife and I were escorted on a frame walk-through of our new home to
review the dozens of changes and extras we ordered. We are very pleased to announce that
not one single omission or error was found.
We were impressed by the clean presentation, starting with a red-carpet-styled boardwalk
that led us from the road over mud, to the swept porch and vacuumed interior. All this,
and the house was only in the framing stage!
