In light of the rapidly evolving COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation, we have decided to act with caution for both the well-being of our clients, trade partners, homeowners and staff. In doing so we have implemented the following pre-cautionary measures that are geared towards ensuring the health and safety of all involved.
Effective immediately our Sale Offices are CLOSED. However, we will open by appointment only as described below. Should you desire a personal appointment please email: email@example.com – one of our sales representatives will contact you and address your needs.
Please Note: that due to the present health and safety concerns impacting us all, your personal appointment may take place either as one-on-one, by phone, or even by
video conference (e.g. skype) where possible. A series of health-related questions will need to be addressed prior to any person to person appointment.
Our Décor Store is now temporarily closed until further notice and all currently booked appointments will be rescheduled by our décor staff at a later date once it is deemed safe and reasonable.
All on-site Homeowner Framewalks and/or Closing Day walk through appointments are now cancelled until further notice.
Where possible Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) will be attended as scheduled by only the Purchaser(s) on title and an ARISTA representative. However, given the unavoidable
circumstances of this ongoing pandemic, ARISTA reserves the right to complete the PDI on the Purchasers behalf prior to closing by documenting the condition of the home via
the PDI form and photos. The homeowner will then conduct their own “delivery” inspection as soon as reasonably possible after taking possession. The homeowner should
document the state of the home as close to occupancy as possible and identify any items of damage with detail. This will serve as a record of the state of the home close to
occupancy and will be helpful in the event a dispute arises later as to whether a damage was caused by the homeowner or builder. ARISTA will advise each client if the in-person
PDI will be proceeding or if the inspection will occur separately.
Effective immediately, ALL service work currently scheduled or to be scheduled is suspended until further notice.
Clearly, in such challenging times we must all work together to ensure our mutual safety – never would we want to compromise the health and safety of either our clients or staff.
